The following list must be completed at least Two to Four Weeks Prior to Arrival:

Dog Requirements

We require pets are current on the following:

• Distemper Hepatitis Parvo Parainfluenza (DHPP)
  
• Rabies
  
•  Bordetella (kennel cough)
  
•  Negative Stool (intestinal parasite) test within the last month
• WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND LEPTO AND LYME VACCINES BUT THEY ARE NOT REQUIRED.

We will need a vaccination certificate from your veterinarian or permission for us to contact them to get this information.

Your dog will need FLEA/TICK/HEARTWORM prevention for the entire length of the pets stay with us. 

You will also need to provide your pet's food for the stay.

 If your pet has any health concerns while staying with us we will contact the owner immediately.  In case of an emergency,  we will go to the closest care facility.  The owner is responsible for all veterinary care.
